I am Dr. Ragul Paramasivam (Ragulphd) — scientist, founder, and a passionate changemaker devoted to reimagining rural health and livelihoods through data-driven, low-cost, and decentralized technologies. From the dusty bylanes of Tamil Nadu to global research labs, my journey has been about making sure no farmer, no villager, no child is ever forced to leave their roots in search of dignity, health, or hope.

I started Chimertech with a simple belief — that rural India doesn’t need sympathy; it needs smart, affordable tools that work in their context, with their constraints, and for their future.
From our first product — a reagent-free mastitis detector built with nothing but conviction and cables — to our AI-powered NIR milk analyzer and herbal formulations, every innovation we build is field-first, frugal, and farmer-tested.
At Chimertech, we merge biology, electronics, and empathy to create diagnostics, preventive care, and digital tools that reduce antibiotic misuse, improve animal productivity, and uplift farmer incomes. Our platforms like QuadMastest, NIRAMM, FineKine, and PashuPartner are already serving thousands across India and Southeast Asia — proving that deeptech can serve the last mile, not just the elite.

The Essence
I was born different. Diagnosed with achondroplasia, the world often reminded me of my limitations. But science taught me otherwise — that the size of one’s stride isn’t measured in inches but in impact.
Today, I lead Chimertech Pvt Ltd, a company that develops tools for farmers, not just about them. From disease diagnosis in cattle to milk quality AI, my mission is clear: to build technologies that work where the people live — not only where power is.
